How Your Life Mirrors the Vision You Create

How Your Life Mirrors the Vision You Create

We are all on a path to create an ageless lifestyle. Some people have mastered their health and nutrition, but not fitness. Some have a very fulfilling spiritual life and a great mindset, but struggle with their business. It’s time to figure out how your life mirrors the vision you create.

What creates those gaps in what we want in our lives?

It’s the quality of the vision we hold in relation to those specific aspects of our lives. And the outgrowth of that is the stories we tell ourselves.

You might think eating healthy is the easiest thing in the world while your spouse struggles with it every day. It’s because each of us has created very different visions of that part of our lives. One is empowering and one isn’t. It the same with the corresponding beliefs that come from your vision.

The vision you create for your life is the script that dictates how everything plays out. And the good news is, it’s never too late to rewrite the script.

Your life mirrors the vision you create

What you think about yourself is reflected in the people you associate with. Your relationships mirror how you think you should be treated. You career mirrors what you feel is your level of contribution to the world.

Your pay mirrors what you feel you deserve financially. Your choice of friends mirrors what you expect from life. The people who are drawn into your life reinforce what you hold as a picture of who you are and how you live. It mirrors what life means to you.

The real question is, have you created an inspiring vision for your life, because your life mirrors the vision you create.

When you are open to changing the quality of your life you will see new people showing up. People you need to create new opportunities appear at just the right time. You will notice a difference at just the right time. You will notice a difference in the kind of people you attract.

Your beliefs will be challenged

You will also notice all the beliefs you are trying to change will show up to challenge you. Don’t allow yourself to be overwhelmed or sidetracked. This is a battle with your ego and possibly some of the people in your life who don’t want to see you change and grow.

I have very consciously made decisions about the direction I want my life to go and the people I have in it correspond to what my life looks like. When I stop and think about the quality of people I have in my life today, I’m very happy and I know I’m on the right path.

The people in my life are on the same path of self-discovery and improvement as I am. We are not all necessarily going about it the same way. Some are ahead of me on the path and they are showing me the way, others are in a position where I am showing them. I enjoy being both the student and the teacher.

What does your vision look like?

Decide what you want your life to look like and stick to your plan. The teacher always shows up when the student is ready. Be open to some very pleasant surprises as what you need to create the life you want begins to appear. Don’t be judgemental about the unexpected source.

Hold a vision in your mind of who you are growing to be and what you are growing to do.
