It’s summer and you’re probably ready to change up your healthy green smoothie to something a little more summery. This tropical green smoothie recipe still has all those healthy ingredients with a tropical twist. Enjoy!
This smoothie will be a great addition to the recipes you use now to maintain your ageless body.
The health benefits of each and every one of these ingredients is off the charts good.
Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe
1 packed cup of chopped greens (kale, spinach, chard)
2 springs of mint
2 handfuls of parsley
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/3 cup chunks papaya
1/2 cup chunks pineapple
2T papaya seeds
1″ sliced ginger
3″ sliced turmeric
1 T chia seeds
1/4 c sliced almonds
1T coconut oil
Fill the container with water, or coconut water, to your desired consistency and blend. I use a single serving size of coconut water.
Don’t like something? Start with a smaller amount in the recipe or substitute something else you like better.
If there’s something you don’t have on hand, there are no hard and fast rules here, use the closest thing you do have. Remember that frozen organic fruit and veggies work too.

A green smoothie a day is a great way to get your ageless body beach ready too.
Just make sure to have at least 2/3 greens. That means no more than 1/3 fruit in your smoothie or you could end up with too much sugar.
