May is my breast cancer month. I was only 43.
One thing I can tell you is that it’s hard to have an ageless lifestyle if you haven’t dealt with the biggest contributing factors to protect yourself from cancer, to whatever degree you can.
What we know now is that it is possible to deeply reduce your chances of receiving the breast cancer diagnosis, if you take steps to prevent it as early as possible. At the same time, it’s never too late. Even people diagnosed with advanced cases have taken massive action and reversed the course of their cancer.
You may not have any connection to breast cancer at the moment. One thing I can tell you is that the prevention tactics discussed apply to everyone.
The principles covered in the during and after phases are important for anyone dealing with an illness.
Bottom line, you are someone who wants to have an ageless life and create an ageless business.
Why you need a healthy ageless body for maximizing disease prevention
If you are not operating in this life from a healthy ageless body, your ability to have the life or business that you’re truly capable of having is compromised. To the degree your health is not 100% you are losing clarity and focus in your business because your energy is diminished.
I know you are already aware how illness affects your ability to use your body in the way that you could when you were 100% healthy and fit.
So this isn’t just about cancer, it’s about making the decision to have the healthiest ageless body you can have, as soon as possible.
Watch the videos, read the resource articles, listen to the radio show.
Ask me any questions you have. I’ve dedicated myself to studying the mind, the subconscious, mind/body connection, nutrition, health, and wellness for over 3 decades.
Below are 2 videos I did about my story and a big part of both sessions is about breast cancer prevention.
Breast Cancer Prevention
Of course, the focus of any discussion on the broad topic of breast cancer should be on breast cancer prevention. There is so much that can be done in that area no matter what age you are. It’s never too early to change your habits and make yourself as breast cancer-proof as possible.
Just this morning there was this…
Consuming just 1 alcoholic drink a day increases breast cancer risk, report finds
Prevention is so important, whether its drinking less, cutting sugar out of your diet, or getting more exercise. Those are just the risk factors mentioned in the above video this morning.
And yet, the most important thing you can change is your mind. You need to change your beliefs about cancer. You need to change your habits…how you live your life emotionally and physically.
Breast Cancer Diagnosis
Back when I was diagnosed, the first thing the doctor asked me was if someone else in my family had it. What we know now is that less than 15% do. So heredity doesn’t play near as big a part as some may think.
It’s much more likely that your diagnosis will come from factors that I discuss int he video such as environmental contaminants, including chemicals you use in your home, the food you eat, and stress.
According to High Tech Health:
Did You Know?
- Columbia University School of Public Health reports that 95% of cancer is caused by diet and environmental toxicity.
- EPA studies of human fat biopsies found styrene residue in 100% of people.
- According to the EPA, our bodies accumulate 210mcg of just plasticizers (phthalates) every day.
- Studies show that most of us have between 400 and 800 chemical residues stored in the fat cells of our bodies.
- A USA Today article indicates that the average city water contains more than 500 chemicals.
Pretty scary, isn’t it?
Detox your home and body of toxic chemicals
One of the best and easiest things you can do is to get the chemicals out of your house and the products you use on and in your body.
I use a line of environmentally sensitive products that are more cost effective than what you buy at the grocery store. I’m happy to share with you why I chose that particular brand after doing my own research. If you’d like more info, just click on the contact tab at the top of the page and message me or connect with me on Facebook.
Have you ever thought about the chemicals that surround your body 24/7 from the chemicals just from your laundry detergent? The allergies/asthma it could be contributing to?
Just by switching from your grocery store laundry detergent, for example, you can get rid of:
Chlorine bleach
Formaldehyde
Phthalates
Toxic Chemicals
*So safe no childproof cap required
And it’s kinder to the environment and your clothes.
Whether you do a whole house detox all at once or little by little, it’s important to your health and wellness that you do it if you plan on having a healthy ageless body.
While we’re talking about your ageless body…
It’s most likely that your diet could use some changes and so could your stress levels. Check out 5 Essential Keys to an Ageless Body to get started on making simple improvements today.
Once the breast cancer diagnosis comes, there’s still so much that can be done to prevent an unhappy outcome. You can read and listen to many of the things that I chose to do.

My approach was an alternative approach that was so different than anything I had heard talked about that I didn’t feel comfortable speaking about it for several years.
Even afterward, there are still actions you can take to make your recovery quicker and do what you can to make sure it doesn’t’ happen again.
Of course, there are no guarantees, and I’m not a doctor. I’m only sharing what I did and what I learned from my own personal experience.
I make no judgment on women who take a more traditional approach to treatment. That was not the choice I made.

Goal setting is important
One of the biggest keys I learned reviewing all of this 18 years after my diagnosis is that being good at setting goals and creating and taking the action steps to reach my goal was key. Because I have set goals for decades, it was a natural process for me to set my goals and have markers for measuring how close I was getting to achieving my goals. Since I was working
Because I have set goals for decades, it was a natural process for me to set my goals and have markers for measuring how close I was getting to achieving my goals. Since I was working with a deadline this was very important.
Also, following a process helps avoid scattering your thought process and tasks. It keeps you focused on doing the tasks at hand. You can get the goals program I use to help you too.
Check out the goals program here.
Health and nutrition are a big passion of mine because, without your health, all the success you can achieve is meaningless. In 1981 I started seriously studying health, nutrition, and the mind/body connection. I stopped eating meat in 1990 for health reasons and compassion for animals. In 1999 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In 2005, the day after Christmas, I lost my mother at the age of 69 to lung cancer. Since then, helping others to regain their health by making simple changes has become a driving force in my life.
Until next time, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Just comment on this post here or on Facebook.
