Do you think it’s impossible to be healthy without depriving yourself?
There is an easy way to get healthy without dieting.
Saturday I went to lunch at a restaurant on a surf beach about 20 minutes from my house. The beach there reminds me of Hawaii, instead of Cabo.
Now for me, there are things I just don’t eat.
There is nothing I want to eat that is off limits because I eat so clean 95% of the time.
If I want french fries or pizza or Tiramisu, I eat it. No guilt.
Being too strict with yourself can be a recipe for failure for most people, not just with eating, but with anything.
You have to do what works for you but don’t expect perfection all the time.
I got an email Friday from a subscriber that just started working with the Ageless Body ebook.
She is dealing with some specific things, but what I suggested for her is good for all of us to remember.
We tend to want to make things more difficult than they are.
The reason we do this is that we have had such a hard time with being healthy in the past, our minds can’t accept that there is a simple solution.
A simple solution makes us think we should have figured it out long ago.
The truth is you don’t know what to do until you see the information in a way that makes sense for you.

The Easiest Way to Get Healthy without Dieting
Just read the ebook and start doing the 5 things it suggests.
Keep it simple.
Be easy on yourself.
Start off slow with little changes.
New habits don’t stick when you bite off more than you can chew.
Add 10 minutes more sleep.
Drink one more glass of water each day.
Add one more fruit or vegetable each day.
Walk for 2 more minutes each day.
When you’re ready for an increase, do it.
It all adds up and the benefits are cumulative.
The biggest block to being healthy is changing your mindset and your beliefs about yourself and what you are capable of.
When you forgive yourself and forgive others, plus implementing what you read, the weight will start to drop by itself.
Negative emotions that have been shoved down for years have a lot to do with weight gain in middle age.
Believing that you deserve to be healthy and happy is a good belief to cultivate.
No fancy diets, no going hungry, just little by little doing things that will help you to be healthier, more fit, have a sharper mind, and look more youthful.
It’s easy when you take small steps.
