Here’s a healthy green juice recipe for juicer that goes along with my juicer product review. Having the right juicer makes a big difference in how much juice you get and also how quickly and easily you get it. Drinking green juice goes a long way in having a healthy ageless body as part of your ageless lifestyle after 50.
It’s so important to eat as many whole foods each day as possible and also a big variety of colors. They all have something different to offer in nutrient value and healing ability.
I already had a very healthy lifestyle when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999, Since then I have made health and wellness even more of a priority. You can’t have an ageless lifestyle if your body isn’t in optimal shape. Healthy eating habits are the key to your overall health.

This is my healthy green juice recipe for a juicer:
Handful of spinach down to the stem of the bunch
Handful of parsley
Handful of broccoli/alfalfa sprouts
Couple inches of ginger
Couple inches of turmeric
4 carrots (approx 6″)
1 celery stalk
1 clove garlic
*I also add wheat grass when I have it.
First I put in the spinach. Then I put in the carrots and shove parsley all around them. Juice that.
Then I put in cucumber, celery broken in half, ginger, turmeric and garlic, and sprouts shoved all around those. Juice that.
I always save the beet for last and cut it in half to make it juice faster.
As you can see, the beet juice falls through the other juice and makes a nice looking drink. The yellow is from the turmeric. I shake mine up and it turns beet red.
The ginger/turmeric/garlic will give it a little heat and spice. Add as much as suits your tastebuds.
