Ironically until the last 10 years, the phenomena of one’s body attacking oneself was unbelievable and there was no substantial proof to testify the same. Various scientific studies testify the phenomena now, but unfortunately there is no direct medicine for the same.

The friend that I mentioned at the beginning found that eliminating animal products got rid of all of his symptoms very quickly and also had the added benefit of weight loss.
Eliminating processed foods from your kitchen is a smart thing to do. The more whole foods you include in a plant-based diet, the better.
